will Hire an English Language Instructor
Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and implemented in partnership with the Zeraina Public Fund, this program gives disadvantaged students ages 13-15 (high school program), 16-20 (undergraduate program)
with a good academic record, learn the English language, culture and values of the United States for two years free of charge.
The program also focuses on personal development and leadership skills.
The program does not involve delegating participants to the United States,
but it gives them a great chance to improve their English so they can participate in a variety of international projects,
opens up opportunities to achieve their goals.
Upon graduation, students are awarded a certificate of completion of the American English Access Microscholarship Program and the USG Program Alumni status (graduate of the program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State). Recruitment is on a competitive basis.
The Program is held in offline and online formats.
Requirements for applicants for the position of English Language Instructor
in the Access Program
  • Higher education
    (English)
  • Teaching experience of 3 years or more
  • Conducting classes for students
    6 hours per week
  • Teaching English to high school students (ages 13-15 and 16-20)
  • Creativity, flexibility, communication skills
  • Conducting classes twice a week offline, once a week online

Selection of teachers for the program: reviewing resumes, conducting interviews with representatives of the U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan and the Zeraina Public Fund project team.
The selection stage takes place in an online format.
